Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in industrial mechanics, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance practices. Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance activities on manufacturing equipment
• Perform basic troubleshooting on pneumatic systems (e.g., identifying worn seals, damaged hoses, and faulty valves)
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
• Assist senior technicians with daily maintenance and production support tasks
• Adhere to all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate issues clearly

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance environment
• Foundational knowledge of mechanical systems, including motors, gearboxes, and lubrication practices
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems and basic electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics
• Proficient with hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment
• Working knowledge of LOTO procedures
• Strong team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills
