We are seeking a Mechatronics Reliability Specialist to keep our plant systems dependable and efficient. If you enjoy diagnosing complex issues, improving automation, and mentoring others, this is your arena.
What you will tackle
Drive both reactive and preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and controls assets.
Use advanced electronics and controls to achieve maximum equipment efficiency and reliability.
Cut daily downtime by performing electrical testing, targeted troubleshooting, and implementing automation upgrades that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
Own and maintain SOPs for your role to standardize best practices.
Develop and execute PM plans for mechanical, electrical, and controls infrastructure.
Ensure full adherence to Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.
Keep your area clean and orderly; join safety inspections and accident investigations; immediately report safety concerns, accidents, and near misses.
Help set department priorities and coach teammates on proper equipment maintenance.

Must-haves
Apprenticeship, technical school, or Associate degree.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Detail oriented with strong analytical, technical, and computer skills.
Comfort using technology and systems; able to manage multiple projects and tasks at once.
Clear communicator across all organizational levels.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and ladder logic.
Capable of operating industrial equipment and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Preferred
Alcohol beverage or broader CPG manufacturing experience.
3 years of hands-on electrical experience, including Allen Bradley PLC hardware and programming, and equipment troubleshooting.
Technical strengths
PLC and mechanical troubleshooting.
120/208/240/480 voltage systems.
Electrical installation and troubleshooting.
Industrial electrical experience.
