Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, automation, and robotic systems.
Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic schematics to identify and resolve equipment issues.
Utilize PLC systems and interfaces to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment problems.
Support equipment repairs, rebuilds, and continuous improvement efforts across the facility.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow company safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Technical school diploma in a related field with at least 1 year of maintenance experience, or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, CNC, automation, and/or robotics systems.
Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and preventative maintenance practices.
Ability to work independently and provide guidance or supervision to small teams as needed.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a heavy manufacturing environment and perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting of up to 70 pounds.
