## Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC mills (3-4 axis and 5+ axis VMC) and CNC lathes (2-4 axis and 5+ axis).
Program CNC machines using G-Code and M-Code to ensure precise machining of components.
Perform equipment troubleshooting and repairs to maintain optimal machine performance.
Conduct machine setups for production runs, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Utilize GD&T for interpreting engineering drawings and ensuring accurate part production.
Employ precision measurement and hand metrology techniques for quality assurance.
Carry out advanced inspection and gauge measurement to verify part dimensions and tolerances.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance production efficiency.
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of CNC tooling and programming.
Proficiency in using various CNC machines, including Fanuc, Bridgeport, Mazak, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Makino, Brother, and Hurco.
Solid knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming languages.
Experience with GD&T and its application in machining processes.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform CNC machine repairs.
Familiarity with precision measurement tools and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
