About the role

As our Maintenance leader, you’ll ensure the fleet is always ready, the shop runs smoothly, and safety and performance standards are front and center.

• Operational leadership & fleet readiness: Keep vehicles mission-ready and maintenance programs coordinated.
• Performance management & safety: Champion safety practices and track performance outcomes.
• Team development & shop operations: Guide people, processes, and daily shop flow.
