Double-Deep Reach Truck Operator (Warehouse Distribution)

A day in your life at Elective Staffing

You arrive at our Byhalia, MS distribution facility, run through a quick equipment inspection, and climb into a Double-Deep Reach Truck. Throughout the shift, you navigate double-deep rack locations with precision, use RF scanners tied to our WMS, and keep inventory flowing—loading trailers, putting product away, replenishing fast-movers, and staging outbound pallets. Safety is your rhythm, accuracy your measure, and reliability your trademark.

What you’ll do

• Operate Double-Deep Reach Trucks, Dock Stockers, and Walkie Riders safely and confidently.
• Pick, put away, replenish, and transfer inventory across the warehouse.
• Pull product from double-deep rack locations with accuracy and speed.
• Load and unload trailers while upholding inventory integrity.
• Use RF scanners and our warehouse management system to complete transactions.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and escalate maintenance issues.
• Follow all site safety policies and productivity standards.
• Keep your work area clean and orderly; pitch in on other warehouse tasks as needed.

What you bring

• At least 2 years of recent hands-on experience with all three: Double-Deep Reach Truck, Dock Stocker, and Walkie Rider.
• Background in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners is a plus.
• Sharp attention to detail and an unwavering safety mindset.
• Excellent attendance and dependability.

Physical and other requirements

• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs.
• Must pass a forklift skills evaluation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify).
• Reliable transportation required.
