Picture this: you arrive at our Re:Build Cutting Dynamics facility in Avon Lake, Ohio, power up your workstation, and get right to the core of aerospace assembly. Your morning might begin installing precision hardware—screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, and bolts—onto components that will ultimately fly. Between builds, you’ll keep your area organized, maintain equipment, and make sure the right parts and hardware are on hand. Throughout the day you’ll coordinate with Management, the Foreman, Operators, Quality, and fellow shop teammates to align on priorities and quickly resolve any quality concerns. Before you clock out, you’ll wrap up by completing clear, legible reports and associated paperwork.
Schedule: First shift, 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday (five-day work week).
