Position:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Plaintiff's Attorney with a focus on representing individuals impacted by mesothelioma. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients who have been affected by asbestos exposure.

Requirements:

Preferably a minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in mesothelioma litigation
Backgrounds in Medical Malpractice, Construction Defect, Product Liability, Premises Liability, Personal Injury and other plaintiff side litigation will be considered
Strong advocacy skills and a passion for helping clients navigate complex legal matters
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
Licensed to practice law in California
