Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

What You’ll Do
As an RDH at our practice, you are the frontline of preventive care. Your responsibilities include:
Clinical Care: Perform thorough prophylaxis, periodontal scaling, and root planing.
Patient Screening: Conduct oral cancer screenings, take vitals, and update medical histories.
Diagnostic Support: Capture high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photos.
Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene instruction and nutritional counseling.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, electronic patient records
Collaboration: Work closely with the Dentist to co-diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Requirements
Licensure: Valid Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene License.
Experience: 1+years of experience preferred, but we are open to mentored New Grads with a great attitude!
Skills: Strong communication skills and a gentle clinical touch. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm bedside manner.
