Your impact areas

• Machine setup and operation: Prepare and run lathes, mills, and CNC equipment to produce parts to spec.
• Technical translation: Convert blueprints and specifications into step-by-step machining plans and tool selections.
• Quality stewardship: Continuously monitor performance, make precise adjustments, and verify results to maintain accuracy and surface finish.
• Uptime focus: Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep machines productive and reliable.
• Safety and organization: Maintain a clean, orderly station in line with safety policies and best practices.
• Team contribution: Share ideas to refine processes, elevate productivity, and improve outcomes.
• Traceability: Log production data and keep thorough, accurate records of work performed.

The experience we value

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training/certification in machining is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in machining with strong knowledge of shop practices and processes.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with confidence.
• Hands-on CNC operation and familiarity with programming are highly desirable.
• High attention to detail with a dedication to producing excellent work.
• Analytical problem solver who collaborates well and can also work independently.
• Solid understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
