Remote Customer Care Representative | Flexible Hours | Training Provided

We are seeking a Remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is suited to individuals who are organized, reliable, and enjoy working directly with people in a structured support capacity. Training is provided. This remote position is open to candidates located in Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing client communications and support requests
  • Coordinating schedules and appointment-related tasks
  • Assisting with service updates and follow-ups
  • Maintaining accurate records and system updates
  • Providing a consistent and professional client experience

Required qualifications and attributes:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work
