Multi‑Site Facilities & Infrastructure Program Manager

Join Rockwell Automation to lead operations for the Mayfield Heights office campus, the Twinsburg manufacturing facility, and remote sales offices across North America. You’ll report to the Americas Facilities Manager and deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective performance while advancing infrastructure, sustainability, asset management, and growth initiatives. This is a site-based role; hybrid or remote options are not offered.

Scope of impact

• Multi-site leadership across office, manufacturing, lab, warehouse, and sales office environments
• People leadership: internal facilities staff and strategic service providers
• Capital stewardship: operating and capital budgets, lifecycle planning, and forecasting
• Program ownership: sustainability, energy efficiency, reliability, and condition assessments
• Risk and compliance: safety, environmental, regulatory, vendor/contractor performance, and business continuity

Key responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day facilities operations with a strong customer-service mindset.
• Manage renovations, manufacturing upgrades, lab/warehouse improvements, and site development projects.
• Optimize CMMS usage, preventive maintenance, reliability initiatives, performance metrics, and AI-enabled facilities tools.
• Advance infrastructure modernization and capital equipment replacement programs from planning through execution.
• Strengthen vendor partnerships and measure performance against SLAs and KPIs.

Must-have qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams of employees, contractors, and service providers.
• 8+ years of progressive facilities management across complex mixed-use environments.
• Proven experience with capital projects, operating budgets, and vendor management.
• Ohio Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Experience running multi-site portfolios across North America.
• Expertise in HVAC, electrical infrastructure, utilities, and building automation systems.
• Financial discipline: capital planning, budgeting, and cost control.
