Workforce Solutions Account Lead

Shape Client Outcomes. Lead On‑Site Teams. Deliver Talent.

Picture your morning: you arrive at a client site, greet supervisors on the production floor, and check the pulse of the team. A quick stand‑up ensures everyone is clear on priorities, safety, and coverage. You resolve a scheduling hiccup, coach a new hire through first‑day nerves, and confirm KPIs are trending in the right direction. By midday, you’re interviewing candidates you sourced the night before, extending offers, and planning orientations. In the afternoon, you review headcount, attendance, and turnover data, brief your client on results, and then drive across town to support another site. That’s a day in the life of our Workforce Solutions Account Lead.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the client relationship: Serve as the primary liaison for assigned accounts—anticipate needs, translate demand into staffing plans, and deliver consistently excellent service.
  • Lead on‑site operations: Be present at client facilities to supervise field employees, conduct check‑ins, address employee relations matters, and uphold safety and performance standards.
  • Recruit end‑to‑end: Source, screen, interview, and place qualified talent to meet fluctuating workforce requirements.
  • Boost retention and engagement: Run orientations, coordinate schedules, mediate conflicts, and implement practical tactics that reduce turnover.
  • Measure and report: Track attendance, headcount, and churn; maintain precise records in our systems and communicate results and insights to stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Recruiting background: 1–2 years of staffing or high‑volume recruitment experience with demonstrated results.
  • Leadership exposure: At least 1 year in a supervisory, team lead, or on‑site management capacity.
  • Language skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a strong advantage.
  • Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular local travel to client locations.
  • People savvy: Exceptional communication and relationship‑building with both corporate contacts and diverse frontline teams.
  • Mindset: Adaptable, resourceful, and calm under pressure—able to solve problems quickly and decisively.

If you thrive where strategy meets action—and you love seeing your plans come to life on the floor—this role is built for you.
