Precision CNC Manufacturing Technician — Milling, Turning & Grinding

Is this you?

• You read a blueprint like it’s a roadmap.
• You can move from a lathe to a vertical machining center to a Bridgeport and a surface grinder without missing a beat.
• You’re comfortable programming in Mastercam and Mazak software and optimizing on the fly.

You will

• Set up and operate CNC machines (turning and VMC) for efficient, accurate production
• Interpret drawings to define setups, toolpaths, and quality checkpoints
• Watch the cut, monitor tool wear, and adjust offsets to maintain tolerance
• Own quality control from first article through final inspection
• Create and modify programs using Mastercam and Mazak software

Must-haves

• Minimum 3 years of experience with lathes, vertical machining centers, Bridgeport mills, and surface grinders
• Solid CNC programming capability
• Skilled use of micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
