Lead the Line That Protects Patients
Step into a hands-on leadership role producing innovative infection prevention products in a production and cleanroom setting. Based at 14905 28th Ave North, Plymouth, MN, you’ll guide a skilled team, keep quality tight, and drive continuous improvement every shift.
A Day (and Night) in This Role
Your evening begins as the team assembles for the Daily Management Meeting. You review performance, build Pareto analyses from the prior shift’s data, then set priorities. On the floor, you coordinate 6S audits, lead small Kaizen events, and jump in to any station as needed. You verify batch records, maintain line clearance and lot traceability, and keep product and information flowing—even through the constraint. When issues arise, you apply problem-solving tools, escalate production-impacting events appropriately, and mentor others through standardized work.
