Production Fulfillment and Receiving Associate

Picture this: a priority order drops. You confirm the address, choose the carrier and space, document charges, and build a crate that’ll protect the goods through every mile. Minutes later, a truck arrives with critical components. You unload, inspect, label, and record everything—then jump on a forklift to stage WIP for the next build. Your impact

  • Ensure flawless outbound shipments by preparing complete paperwork, verifying addresses, and documenting transportation method, space, and charges.
  • Build shipping boxes and crates; load/unload safely and efficiently.
  • Receive materials accurately: identify, label, and enter data into the appropriate tracking mechanism.
  • Complete shipping and receiving reports; flag damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and records.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other equipment to move product across the facility and support teammates with WIP and finished goods.
  • Run a saw to cut material for manufacturing when production needs it most.
  • Drive pickup or flatbed trucks (manual or automatic) to transport materials, machinery, or products.
  • Help maintain an accurate, orderly inventory—properly identified and protected—and assist with periodic counts.
  • Keep supplies and equipment ready for the next task, and follow established location policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

What you bring

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0–3 years of manufacturing shipping/receiving experience.
  • Safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and similar equipment.
  • Ability to operate vehicles with either manual or automatic transmissions.
  • Detail orientation, strong multitasking, and clear English communication (read/write/speak).
  • Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Comfort with woodworking and crate building.

Work conditions

  • Typically 40+ hours per week; may include overtime, on-call, evenings, and/or weekends.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; stand for extended periods.
