Imagine this scenario

A contractor drops off a portable carpet extractor that lost pressure mid-job. You intake the unit, open a service order, and run diagnostics using meters and OEM manuals. You spot a failing pump, build a clear estimate, and call the customer to review options. While parts are en route, you help a teammate with a truckmount tune-up, then update both appointments in the scheduling system. Before you clock out, your bay is spotless and your tools are ready for tomorrow’s challenges.
