Injection Molding Process Architect

A day shaping world‑class molding in Monette, AR

It’s 7:30 AM and the floor is humming. You walk the line, review overnight production data, and spot an opportunity: a cycle-time variance on a high-volume tool. By 9:00, you’re running a quick DOE, tuning parameters, and coaching an operator through the updated setup. Before lunch, you’re partnering with Design Engineering to tweak a part feature for better fill and ejection. The afternoon brings a Kaizen on scrap reduction, then a mentoring session with a junior engineer on gate design. You wrap the day by documenting corrective actions stemming from a recent defect trend and aligning the team on next steps.

As our Injection Molding Process Architect, you’ll own process performance and quality across molding operations—designing robust processes, elevating standards, and pushing the boundaries of what our equipment can deliver.
