What You’ll Do
You’ll help keep the workplace safe, protect the environment, and make sure the company follows safety rules and ISO standards.
Your Main Tasks
- Help run safety and environmental programs
- Check the workplace regularly to make sure it’s safe
- Find safety problems and help fix them
- Help update safety rules and procedures
- Train employees on how to work safely
- Look into accidents and help prevent them from happening again
- Keep safety records organized and up to date
- Work with workers’ comp and safety partners when needed
- Make sure the company follows safety laws and ISO standards
What You Need
- At least 3 years of EHS experience
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience working with ISO standards (like ISO 14001 or ISO 45001)
- Basic knowledge of safety rules (like OSHA)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with all types of employees
Nice to Have
- ISO certifications (such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001)
- Degree in safety, health, or a related field
- Experience working with multiple locations
- Experience leading safety training or inspections
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting (on the shop floor often)
- May travel between nearby locations
You should be proficient in:
- Hydraulics Experience
- OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
- ISO 9001 Certification Experience
- Investment Casting (Foundry Operations)
- Hydraulic Systems & Components
- Foundry Environment Experience
- ISO 14001 Certification Experience
