🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

💲 Pay Rate: $15.00 - $15.40 per hour

Are you skilled with soldering, wiring, or electronics assembly? We're looking for a motivated Electrical Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team in Houston, TX. This is a hands-on opportunity to build and assemble electrical components, actuators, and printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in critical industrial applications.

If you enjoy working with your hands, following engineering drawings, and producing high-quality work, this could be the perfect fit for you!

What You'll Do

✅ Assemble finished products and sub-assemblies using work instructions and engineering specifications

✅ Build electrical actuator components using soldering and wiring techniques

✅ Connect wires, terminals, circuits, and component leads accurately

✅ Read and interpret wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams, and assembly drawings

✅ Assemble and inspect Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)

✅ Ensure products meet quality and engineering standards

✅ Identify opportunities for improvements in safety, efficiency, quality, and cost savings

✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

✅ Support production goals and team objectives

Qualifications

Required

✔ Soldering experience

✔ Electrical wiring experience

✔ Ability to read wiring diagrams and assembly drawings

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Good manual dexterity and hand tool skills

✔ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

✔ Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred

⭐ PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assembly experience

⭐ Electronics assembly experience

⭐ Manufacturing or production experience

⭐ Experience with electrical components and circuits

⭐ Technical or vocational training in electronics
