Be the heartbeat of our production floor
Step into a typical day at Genesis and you’ll see momentum everywhere. You’ll set up and run production equipment — press machines, hot melt systems, and panel saws — move materials with a forklift, measure twice (with a tape measure) and cut once, and keep the line moving safely and smoothly. Reliability matters here: consistent attendance and teamwork keep us winning together.
What you’ll do
- Operate press machines, hot melt units, and panel saws with a safety-first mindset
- Handle materials and stage work-in-process, including routine forklift operation
- Read tape measures accurately to ensure precise cuts and assemblies
- Contribute to a positive, fast-paced environment grounded in our values: Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving
- Lift and move items up to 50 lb. as part of daily tasks
- Work on-site and commute to our Fort Wayne, IN facility
What you bring
- Prior manufacturing experience (previous roles in manufacturing are a plus)
- A strong track record of dependable attendance
- Hands-on skill operating equipment such as press machines, hot melts, panel saws, and forklifts
- Proficiency with tape measure reading and general fabrication practices
