Your impact

  • Lead RCFA to eliminate repeat failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Create and execute reliability analysis methods for components and equipment.
  • Audit PM program execution, measure effectiveness, and close gaps.
  • Provide leadership and technical guidance to foster proactive maintenance.
  • Mine downtime databases to detect trends and premature failure modes; act and track outcomes.
  • Engineer equipment changes that boost reliability, productivity, efficiency, and quality yield.
  • Join daily meetings to accelerate continuous improvement and hit productivity goals.

Must-haves

  • Associate degree with relevant education (required); Bachelor’s in Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of engineering or closely related technical experience
  • Experience with AC and DC variable speed drives
  • Experience with low and high voltage AC/DC circuits
  • Advanced/intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Hands-on problem solving with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Inventory 3D applications
  • Regular and predictable attendance; strong team collaboration

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Fanuc robots and robotic cells
  • Familiarity with PFMEA, RCFA, Pareto analysis, 5Y, %s, SPC, CMS, and standardized work instructions
  • Experience with HVAC systems and regulatory compliance
