Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Hammond, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern trucks, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with benefits beginning on day one. We hire experienced drivers and also accept recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

Typical day on the job

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Who we are looking for

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 hours of CDL instruction are also considered.
• Satisfactory driving record and a strong safety focus.
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
