Your Impact

• Restore and sustain equipment performance through fast, accurate troubleshooting and repair.
• Execute preventive/predictive maintenance to extend asset life and minimize downtime.
• Address faults across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic domains.
• Install, align, and service motors, conveyors, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, and related equipment.
• Use blueprints, electrical diagrams, and OEM manuals to guide your work.
• Drive upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement actions with cross-functional partners.
• Apply welding and fabrication to complete durable, safe repairs.
• Follow company safety procedures rigorously and complete all documentation precisely.

Skills & Experience You’ll Leverage

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on work with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and plant machinery.
• Confidence reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Welding/fabrication; PLC troubleshooting exposure is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively on a team.
• Commitment to safety and quality in every task.

Technical Domains You Know

• Heavy equipment repair; mechanical troubleshooting of complex systems.
• 120/208/240/480 VAC circuits and high-voltage systems.
• Electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair within industrial electrical systems.
• Electrical panel installation, conduit bending, and equipment install/wiring best practices.
• Electrical schematic interpretation for diagnostics.
• Pneumatics troubleshooting; hydraulic systems and component service.
• Boiler troubleshooting.
• Heavy material handling.
• CNC machine setup and changeover.
• Automotive manufacturing systems.
• Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting; mechanical systems and component repair.
• Electrical systems and diagnostics for heavy equipment.
• Strict application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
