As a Destination Experience Specialist located in Pennsylvania, you will assist clients in researching, coordinating, and customizing destination-based experiences tailored to their preferences. You will serve as a trusted resource, ensuring seamless planning and exceptional client care from initiation through completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting with clients to understand their destination preferences and needs
- Researching and coordinating destination options, accommodations, and experiences
- Providing detailed information and tailored recommendations
- Maintaining accurate client records and conducting follow-up communications
- Collaborating with team members and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
- Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the planning process
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable using online systems and digital tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Customer-focused mindset
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
