You Will:
- Use Visual Laser Marker (VLM) software to laser‑etch components to exact spec.
- Run ultrasonic cleaning, blasting, tumbling, and passivation to achieve final surface requirements.
- Assemble components when needed; then box and apply all labeling materials for shipment.
- Follow SOPs, GMPs, GDPs consistently; practice area 5S and all safety rules.
- Hit quality and quantity targets without compromising precision.
- Inspect finished parts and flag rework when necessary.
- Support team and company goals; handle additional duties as assigned.
Do You Have:
- A high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of relevant industry experience/training (or equivalent)?
- The ability to read specification sheets, diagrams, and blueprints and follow written/verbal instructions?
- Basic math for tolerances/variation and a foundational understanding of CNC concepts, laser behavior, and parameters?
- Experience with measuring devices and common hand tools, plus strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity with hand and power tools?
- Excellent vision and hand‑eye coordination for detailed work?
- A track record of safe production, accurate work in fast‑paced environments, and meeting quota expectations?
- Confidence performing final QC and recommending rework when needed?
- Basic scripting literacy (Visual Basic/VBScript or similar) and fluency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word?
- Knowledge of fixture concepts?
