Business Intelligence - Data Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with experience in the real estate industry to support data-driven decision-making across our organization. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing and analyzing real estate data, ensuring data accuracy, and transforming complex datasets into actionable business insights. This role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency with data tools, and an understanding of real estate operations, transactions, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain real estate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Analyze property, transaction, client, and market data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for leadership and operational teams.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across CRM systems, MLS databases, and other real estate platforms.
• Perform data audits and resolve discrepancies to improve data quality.
• Support forecasting, pricing analysis, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, acquisitions, property management, and executive teams to provide actionable insights.
• Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows whenever possible.
• Document data processes and maintain data governance standards.
• Monitor market trends and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role.
• At least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry.
• Strong experience managing and analyzing real estate data, including property, transaction, MLS, CRM, or portfolio data.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
• Experience with SQL for querying and managing databases.
• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Propertybase, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar real estate platforms.
• Knowledge of MLS systems and real estate transaction workflows.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating multiple data sources.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
