Virtual Assistant – Research, Data & Outreach

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support research, data enrichment, and outbound outreach initiatives within a fast-paced, professional services and software-focused environment. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in research-heavy work, CRM management, and founder-level data accuracy.

You will work closely with internal teams to support outreach efforts related to founder communications and business development. Training will be provided, but prior experience with relevant tools is required.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Data Enrichment

• Conduct detailed research to identify company founders and senior decision-makers

• Collect, enrich, and verify founder contact information, including email addresses

• Use enrichment and verification tools to ensure data accuracy and completeness

• Perform research-heavy data entry with strong attention to detail
  
  

CRM & Outreach Support

• Upload and manage contacts within CRM systems

• Sync and push records from CRM platforms to outreach tools

• Support outbound outreach efforts using pre-built email sequences

• Assist with outreach-related tasks, including occasional cold outreach
  
  

List & Workflow Management

• Work exclusively with pre-prepared lists (no list building required)

• Deliver enriched contact lists twice per week (40–100 contacts per week)

• Maintain organized spreadsheets and work samples

• Track tasks and deadlines using project management tools
  

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Grata is required

• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets

• Proven experience in research, data enrichment, and CRM data entry

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant or in a remote support role
  
  

Tools & Platforms Experience

Hands-on experience with some or all of the following:

• CRM platforms (DealCloud by Intapp is a plus)

• Outreach tools: Outreach.io, Reply.io, Lemlist, or similar email sequencers

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• ZoomInfo

• Clay (SaaS platform)

• ZeroBounce or similar email verification tools

• ClickUp or similar task management platforms
