Industrial Production Associate, Glass & Materials Handling

Your mission

Help us deliver defect-free glass products by owning process reliability, quality, and teamwork on the production floor. You will be the go-to problem solver who strengthens our operation through precision, documentation, and mentoring.

Outcomes you'll drive

• Monitor manufacturing processes and lead defect investigations to eliminate root causes.
• Optimize procedures and settings to boost efficiency and product quality.
• Train new hire production associates in core manufacturing steps and standards.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance—arrive on time for every scheduled shift and complete each one.
• Provide overtime support when production needs rise.
• Collaborate in a strong team environment to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Work directly with internal partners and external customers on quality concerns until resolved.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.
• Achieve and maintain operator certifications for all jobs you perform.
• Take on other reasonable tasks at the direction of the Supervisor or Team Lead.
• Drive continuous improvement by participating in and embracing CI actions.
• Remain flexible and able to work afternoon or night shift.
• Operate powered industrial equipment—safely and productively—whenever needed.

Shift options

Monday - Friday (8 hours)

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Alternate Work Schedule (12 hours)

• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
