StratifyIQ is seeking 5–10 highly skilled Talent Solution Agent Executives with excellent English communication and minimal accent for outbound prospecting. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging HR and Talent Acquisition leaders across mid-market and enterprise companies. Your primary focus will be high-volume outbound calling, data cleanup, and appointment setting.

Outbound Prospecting & Appointment Setting (Primary – ~75%)
Make 100+ outbound calls per day to HR, Talent Acquisition, and VP-level contacts.
Use outbound sequences via Outreach.io (dialing through Twilio).
Book qualified meetings using a round-robin scheduling process.
Follow a provided outreach script and adapt messaging based on target industry and role.
Use AI-powered tools and pre-built lists to optimize outreach and improve connect rates.
CRM & Lead Management (~25%)
Scrub and validate contact lists before outreach.
Update data in the CRM based on call outcomes and research.
Conduct light research on companies and contacts (HR/TA teams, org size, job postings, etc.).
Maintain activity logs and ensure accuracy in all prospecting tasks.

Excellent English communication (spoken and written)

1–3+ years in BDR/SDR/AE, outbound calling, appointment setting, or inside sales
Comfortable making 100+ calls per day
Experience using sales tools such as Outreach.io, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
High endurance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow structured sales processes
Coachability, resourcefulness, and strong attention to detail
Experience calling HR teams is a major plus
