Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with agents and internal team members to consistently achieve performance targets and service metrics
  • Coordinate, assign, and manage new referrals with accuracy, urgency, and clear communication across all stakeholders
  • Serve as the central point of contact throughout the relocation process, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively implement solutions to prevent service disruptions
  • Provide continuous guidance, coaching, and support to relocation agents to drive service excellence
  • Monitor referral progress and maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure timelines and expectations are met
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and real-time documentation of all activities, communications, and file updates across multiple systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, service standards, and documentation requirements
  • Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with agents, clients, referral partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively through phone, email, and internal platforms, ensuring clarity and responsiveness at all times
  • Support team initiatives by contributing to a collaborative, high-performance work environment
  • Assist in report generation, data tracking, and analysis to support operational insights and decision-making
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and service delivery
