About the Role

A consulting, development, automation, and outsourcing firm is seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Sales & RevOps Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our sales function.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep sales processes organized, accurate, and moving forward. You will support sales leadership by maintaining CRM data, assisting with proposals and contracts, coordinating follow-ups, and helping ensure visibility across the sales pipeline and client lifecycle.

While HubSpot is a core platform in this role, the position is not limited to CRM administration. You will assist with email outreach, proposal creation, automation workflows, and internal reporting. This role also supports select client-facing RevOps and HubSpot projects, but the primary focus is supporting internal sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Pipeline & RevOps Support

  • Assist in maintaining the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring deal stages, notes, and next steps are kept up to date

  • Support pipeline tracking, basic reporting, and dashboard updates for leadership visibility

  • Help ensure follow-ups, reminders, and deal activity are properly logged

  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and data accuracy across deals, contacts, and companies

Sales Support, Proposals & Contracts

  • Assist with building, updating, and managing sales proposals, pricing documents, and statements of work using tools such as PandaDoc, Qwilr, Proposify, DocuSign, or similar platforms

  • Maintain proposal templates, pricing tables, and reusable content blocks

  • Coordinate revisions, approvals, and follow-ups related to proposals and contracts

  • Track contract status, renewals, expansions, and change orders

  • Ensure proposal and contract details are accurately reflected in HubSpot

CRM, Email & Outreach Support

  • Support administration of HubSpot Sales and Marketing Hub

  • Assist with cold and warm outreach campaigns using HubSpot or tools such as Instantly, SalesHandy, or similar platforms

  • Help with list segmentation, campaign setup, and performance tracking

  • Support lead routing, lifecycle stage updates, and attribution tracking

Automation & Systems Support

  • Assist in building and maintaining automations using Zapier, Make, and or n8n

  • Help connect CRM, email, scheduling, and internal tools

  • Support data enrichment, cleanup, and supplementation efforts

Client Lifecycle & Relationship Support

  • Track client milestones such as onboarding dates, anniversaries, and renewals

  • Assist with client gifting, reminders, and relationship tracking

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date client records

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, CRM support, or sales support roles

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub (Marketing Hub experience a plus)

  • Experience supporting sales pipelines, deal tracking, and CRM data management

  • Experience assisting with proposals or contracts using tools such as PandaDoc, Qwilr, Proposify, DocuSign, or similar

  • Familiarity with email outreach or marketing campaigns and deliverability basics

  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

  • Highly organized and comfortable supporting multiple workflows at once

Preferred Qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, or RevOps)

  • Experience with outbound tools such as Instantly, SalesHandy, Lemlist, or similar

  • Familiarity with n8n or API-based automation

  • Experience supporting consulting, professional services, or B2B sales teams

  • Comfortable working with remote, distributed teams
