Customer Success Specialist (Remote, Full-time)

About the role

Customer Success Specialist owning the post-sale experience for our SMB customer base. You'll handle onboarding, monthly check-ins, expansion conversations, and churn prevention.

What you'll do

  • Onboard new customers (kickoff calls, product walkthroughs)
  • Monthly health checks across ~100 active accounts
  • Identify expansion opportunities and hand them to AEs
  • Own customer escalations and coordinate with support and engineering
  • Build playbooks based on what works

What we're looking for

  • 2-4 years in B2B SaaS Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM
  • Strong async communication skills
  • Ability to read product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude)
  • Empathetic, patient, but also able to push customers when needed
