Citizens Advice Manchester is a charity which provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We employ around 210 people and are one of the largest and most diversely funded Local Citizens Advice within the network. We are recruiting Trainee Generalist Advisers and have vacancies on our Energy and Welfare Benefit Teams. This is an exciting opportunity to join our teams that give consistent high quality generalist level advice. This role may be suitable for you if you have:
We can offer comprehensive training and support to enable you to achieve competence as a Generalist Adviser within 6-12 months. Once trained, the successful applicant will be working across a range of services responsible for delivering advice on benefits, debt, employment, energy and housing both locally and regionally.
