Bilingual Real Estate Agent Onboarding Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Real Estate Agent Onboarding Representative to support the onboarding experience for real estate agents joining our brokerage and partner platforms. This role is responsible for guiding agents through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and systems are completed accurately, and providing an exceptional onboarding experience in both English and Spanish.

We are looking for a candidate who is highly tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven real estate environment with a strong focus on AI-powered tools and automation. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting real estate agents, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with modern real estate systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide newly recruited real estate agents through the onboarding process from start to finish.
  • Provide onboarding support and training for real estate technology platforms, including CRM and marketing systems.

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions via phone and video conference in both English and Spanish.

  • Maintain consistent communication with agents regarding onboarding progress, missing requirements, and next steps.

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as recruiting, compliance, operations, and training to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

  • Troubleshoot onboarding issues and escalate complex cases when necessary to ensure timely resolution.

  • Accurately update CRM systems and internal tracking tools with onboarding progress and agent information.

  • Ensure all onboarding activities comply with brokerage standards and real estate regulations.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the agent onboarding experience and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal
  • 1–2+ years of experience working in customer service, onboarding, recruiting coordination, account management, or real estate support roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone and email presence.
  • Must have familiarity with Chime/Lofty (CRM) and Ylopo (Marketing Platform).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships with real estate agents and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working with AI-driven systems, automation tools, and modern real estate technology platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client-facing or onboarding-related roles preferred.

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (150 Mbps or higher), quiet professional home office setup, and backup power/internet preferred.
  • Quiet, professional remote work environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
