Overview

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to oversee compliance operations for multiple real estate brokerages across the U.S. This role ensures adherence to federal, state, and brokerage-level regulations while working across different compliance tools and systems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of real estate brokerage compliance experience and is comfortable operating in multi-brokerage, multi-state environments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily compliance operations for multiple real estate brokerages

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local real estate regulations

Monitor transaction files, licensing, disclosures, and advertising compliance

Manage and improve compliance processes across varying tools and platforms

Prepare for and support internal and external audits

Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions

Partner with brokers, operations teams, and leadership on compliance matters

Maintain compliance documentation, SOPs, and reporting

Required Qualifications

5+ years of real estate brokerage compliance experience

Strong knowledge of U.S. real estate regulations and brokerage operations

Experience working across multiple brokerages or multi-state environments

Hands-on experience with transaction and compliance platforms

High attention to detail with strong judgment and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Audit preparation or regulatory response experience

Experience standardizing or scaling compliance processes

Ability to operate independently and influence stakeholders
