Qualifications- Mechanical aptitude required
Experience in injection molding is highly preferred
Eagerness to learn industrial maintenance
Ability to use basic hand tools and follow technical instructions

Key Responsibilities- Lead daily maintenance activities while working alongside the team
Troubleshoot and repair injection molding and extrusion machinery
Perform electrical and hydraulic diagnostics
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability efforts
Mentor junior team members
Required Skills- Strong mechanical background
Electrical experience required (must know how to read a voltmeter; comfortable with systems up to 480v)
Hydraulic troubleshooting experience
Natural leadership traits; ability to guide and support others
