At Carlex, quality starts with you. As a Manufacturing Quality Systems Technician, you’ll perform in-process checks, document results, and partner with production to troubleshoot issues quickly. Your organization, communication, and strong attendance will set the tone for the shift.

Core responsibilities

  • Execute and uphold control plans and work instructions.
  • Assist with changeover activities to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Conduct inspections; record findings in the Quality System; input GMaP data when needed.
  • Maintain a well-ordered, 5S environment.
  • Track and interpret process reliability and yield trends.
  • Apply excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Use required PPE; know the purpose and location of all lockouts and e-stops.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by supervision.
  • Set priorities, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Schedule and requirements

  • 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
  • Available to work days or nights, plus overtime.
  • May exceed 40 hours based on workload or projects, including weekends and holidays.
  • Frequently lift up to 45 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation and consistent, predictable attendance.

Compensation and benefits

  • $1.50/hour shift premium and $2.00 shift commitment bonus.
