The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative and recruiting support to the Leadership Team, including online recruiting activities, general administrative tasks, and preparation of correspondence, as needed. This position works with various levels of Operations management to assist them with recruiting needs. You’ll source candidates, provide initial screening, and contact of applicants to determine qualification and interest level. Refer appropriate candidates to Hiring Managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas
  • Collaborates effectively with staff to oversee the hiring and selection process
  • Provide communication updates to all parties for interview coordination as needed
  • Other duties assigned by the CEO and Chief of Staff
  • Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires
  • Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements
  • Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports

Qualifications:

  • High Speed Internet, Min 100 Mbps
  • Experience with Zoom, Google Meets, ATS solutions
  • Human Resources, Hiring experience
  • Excellent English, both written and Verbal
