Citizens Advice Manchester is a charity which provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. As one of the largest and most diversely funded Local Citizens Advice within the network we employ around 200 people. We are a modern, innovative and progressive advice service that aims to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.

Our organisation is growing and we are offering an exciting opportunity to join our Tier Two Advice Service and are seeking to recruit a Team Leader who will be responsible for leading and coaching a team to ensure consistent performance across our varied projects, this may be the role for you if:

- You have a minimum of one year’s recent full time equivalent experience of delivering advice

- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- You are able to lead and coordinate a team of Advisers
