Can You:

• Repair a wide range of equipment and facility systems quickly and safely?
• Pinpoint root causes and resolve equipment defects with confidence?
• Take direction from a Maintenance Supervisor and execute the plan for the shift?
• Run daily area inspections to catch issues before they become downtime?
• Complete runtime and downtime PMs on schedule?
• Accurately track time and close work orders when tasks are finished?
• Assist production with process troubleshooting when asked?
• Keep your tools, toolbox, and workspace neat and orderly?
• Provide timely verbal and written updates on equipment status to supervisors, operators, and peers?
• Champion teamwork while following LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, and Environmental policies?
• Respond promptly to internal and external customer requests?

What It Takes

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Associate’s in a maintenance/technical field (preferred)
• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
