Implementation Specialist (Real Estate Platform)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to lead real estate brokerages through the onboarding and deployment of our real estate technology solutions. This role focuses on implementing our commission and transaction management system and our business intelligence platform that helps brokers analyze market data and drive growth through strategic agent recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate operations and be capable of managing multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ current business workflows prior to project kickoff and provide consultative recommendations on how to optimize their use of the platform.

• Develop and manage customized implementation plans for each brokerage client.

• Assist clients with system setup and configuration, addressing complex technical scenarios as needed.

• Conduct engaging training sessions via video conference to ensure user adoption and platform understanding.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication on project status with both clients and internal stakeholders.

• De-escalate client concerns by identifying root causes, applying timely solutions, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with fellow Implementation Specialists to improve internal processes, documentation, and the overall client onboarding journey.

• Participate in cross-departmental projects to support the continued growth and efficiency of the implementation function.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and establish trust quickly.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional email and phone presence.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and consistent follow-through.

• Demonstrated success in resolving client or technical issues effectively.

• Experience managing complex technical or SaaS implementation projects.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years’ client-facing project management experience in a SaaS or technology-driven business preferred.

• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
