About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, client-facing professional to support our client accounts and ensure smooth project execution. This hybrid role combines client success, account coordination, and operations — ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding and project setup.

  • Receive order forms, provision databases, schedule kickoff calls, and join calls for context.

  • Manage follow-ups and client communications when leadership is unavailable.

  • Update and maintain client information in Salesforce.

  • Troubleshoot issues and take initiative to keep projects moving forward.

  • Support ongoing workflows and internal process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Operations.

  • Real estate or Vero background preferred.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus.

  • Excellent English communication and phone skills.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Must have a reliable home setup with at least 200 Mbps internet speed.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
