We’re looking for a hands-on, client-facing professional to support our client accounts and ensure smooth project execution. This hybrid role combines client success, account coordination, and operations — ideal for someone who thrives on multitasking and ownership.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding and project setup.
Receive order forms, provision databases, schedule kickoff calls, and join calls for context.
Manage follow-ups and client communications when leadership is unavailable.
Update and maintain client information in Salesforce.
Troubleshoot issues and take initiative to keep projects moving forward.
Support ongoing workflows and internal process improvements.
2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Operations.
Real estate or Vero background preferred.
Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent English communication and phone skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Must have a reliable home setup with at least 200 Mbps internet speed.
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
