We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients/customers, spark meaningful conversations, and turn interest into qualified opportunities for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients from multiple sources, including event lists, brokerage websites, and social media

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to generate interest in our solutions

Outreach & Communication

  • Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions

  • Clearly introduce the company’s products and services and highlight their value

Qualifying & Scheduling

  • Understand prospects’ needs, use cases, and budgets to determine fit

  • Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and the sales team

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align strategies and improve lead-generation efforts

  • Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and closed activities

  • Provide feedback from prospects to help improve offerings and messaging

Market Awareness

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities

  • Use insights to refine outreach strategies and strengthen competitive positioning

Targets & Results

  • Meet or exceed monthly goals

  • Support the sales team by consistently generating high-quality leads


What We’re Looking For

Experience & Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in business development, client services, account management, or a similar role

  • Proven experience generating and qualifying leads

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies

  • Internet speed of 100 Mbps or higher

  • Strong track record of hitting or surpassing targets

Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Adaptability in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment

  • Organized, self-driven, and team-oriented

  • Customer-service mindset

  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM best practices (preferred)
