Our Client, a growing boutique business law firm, is seeking a Texas-licensed Litigation Associate to join its expanding practice. This role offers hands-on litigation experience, real courtroom exposure, and meaningful responsibility without large-firm bureaucracy.
Key Responsibilities
Draft pleadings in Texas state and federal courts
Handle discovery, legal research, and case strategy development
Appear at hearings, depositions, and trials
Review and synthesize documents to support litigation strategy
Work directly with clients and collaborate with internal teams
Assist with contracts and transactional matters as needed
What We’re Looking For
2–6 years of business or commercial litigation experience
Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
Professional, collaborative approach
