- Communicate with employees of international offices and provide support on all administrative issues, using all your knowledge and quickly learning new ones
- Provide travel support with a variety of routes and options
- To help the staff in our offices are comfortable to work with, finding the best service providers on various issues
- Experience in administrative support or practice in an international company or startup will help you
- Do you understand how to support a multilingual team remotely
- Good level of English
- Attention to detail and ability to work in multitasking mode
